Datazar is an advanced, cloud-based research collaboration platform. Using Datazar, researchers can store their data, make sense of it using open source tools and publish it.

Datazar was started on April 2015 by Aman Tsegai while he was a physics student at the University of Cincinnati.

Datazar was started to organize the world's scientific data. Every year, massive amounts of research data is lost. Data that is extremely valuable. Datazar's mission is to help scientists preserve their research and help them get to results in the fastest, most effective way.

Datazar's office is located in Union Hall, downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.
